On April 1 /. posted a joke about FreeBSD being ported to gameboy SP. I sorta like the idea, but I didn’t think it had a harddrive.

Today I was talking on the phone to my friend about GBA. He said he had downloaded some game from his GNC to his GBA one day and was able to play it by just turning the GBA on.

This made me think - It must have a harddrive to do that! Would it be possible to chop one of those GNC->GBA connectirs in half and put a USB wire at the front, allowing your computer access to your GBA? Could you possibly port linux to it?

Just makes me think…

I set up my webcam today. It uploads a new shot every few seconds. Leave some feedback if you like.

I made some progress with Factura Era’s backend today. Added all sorts opf small functions, and did the register. The code is like…UbAr OO. This is by far the most complex thing I’ve ever done.

Tomorrow I’ll do the login, then we really get going. Quite a bit of work that needs doing, but I should have help, since it isn’t just my project.

I have plans for a better layout, but I’m going to need someone to do some graphics for it. Guna make a kickass, standard layout. I think Phreak does some graphics which would be just what I need.

Probably going to end up needing a deticated artist though. Pets, items, weapons, equipment, unrefined materials, eneimies, scenes, factories…The list of shit goes on and on. Ok, so maybe a few deticated artists.

And not just any style - No happy looking shit. I want a dark, the-world-is-over-and-we-are-still-here-so-kiss-my-ass-motherfucker look to it. Otherwise the mood just won’t be right.

Also thinking about how to promote the project. I don’t want it listed in TWG or Apex, as they’re both a load of shit and I don’t want to associate with them. I might post on the TWG forums, though, in attempts to attract attention from a certian few people. That MMORPG topsite list thing might be good, as it doesn’t seem too corrupt.

I guess I could get a listing on SourceForge, since the project will be GPL’d once we have enough to do something with. From there on in I don’t know what to do…

Ah well, whatever. Thought I’d mention a bit of my uber-mysterious past now. Nothing too good, though.

It’s been nearly a year since EVE went gold, and I got to talk to Pann on the air live. For those who don’t know, EVE is your standard give-us-money-and-then-pay-another-$15-a-month
MMORPG. Pann was one of the high monkey-monkies at CCP, the dudes developing the game. Thought this deserved mention. Ahh, good ‘ol GNN days…

Tim got kicked off last night. He should of gone last week, but he was immune.

Most of my pranks worked. =X Like realighning the shower head. =X

Also worked more on my site thing. Started on the user system, but didn’t do much.

School soon. Just a half a day though. Only two classes where we’re going to work, both Mrs. Coudens. In math we go to the computer room to play games and we’re watching a movie in religion/vocab. Guess Mrs. Couden feels like an ass.
